The Future Headquarters of TasteTXK — The Assembly Line Receives $100,000 Grant

The Assembly Line, Texarkana’s leading innovation hub, has secured a $100,000 grant from the SWEPCO Foundation to establish The Media Foundry—a state-of-the-art podcast and digital media studio inside the newly renovated Discovery Place building downtown. The facility will also become the future headquarters of TasteTXK, the community-powered marketplace founded by local entrepreneur Mark Allan. Backed by partners including Texas A&M University–Texarkana, AR-TX REDI, and both cities of Texarkana, the project aims to fuel local entrepreneurship, creative collaboration, and regional economic growth.
